Fundamental logic to binary periodicities

Understanding the logic behind these binary cycles will be made more approachable through this graphic...
Binary is used here in the tradition of the I Ching...where the broken line represents zero and the solid line represents one...
Consider any polarity - any opposites in Nature- and those extremes of opposites would always occupy the part of the cycle where you have either all one's or all zero's...
All the stages between represent sequential phases between each extreme of Change..
One thing that becomes apparent here, that is not often considered in cycles, are the bifurcative choices made available as larger digit scale cycles and their increasing range of phase changes are mapped out...

Throughout my mapping of binary periodicities I use the blue ray to represent the waxing half of a cycle...and the red ray to represent the waning half...
The question I must bear in mind the most through such mapping would be that of which observable cycle in Nature would apply to each digit scale...dependent on how many phase changes one could describe from the entire cycle.
